I started my fitness journey like many - a gym rat and an athlete. In 1998, I was fortunate to combine my two passions as an assistant Strength and Conditioning Coach at NC State. Working with some of the top college athletes taught me that honing a person’s mental game is just as critical as physical fitness when determining their ability to perform.
In 2001, I expanded from training athletes to applying my philosophy and expertise to personal training as trainer and fitness director at O2 Fitness, Pulse Athletic Club and Gold’s Gym. After spending more than 10 years affiliated with fitness clubs, I decided it was time to take a different path and started BCC Fit, LLC in Raleigh, NC, where I am Building Complete Champions.
As owner and certified personal trainer of BCC Fit, I’m focused entirely on your success by ensuring your fitness program reaches your goals. I’m experienced working with clients ranging from mid-teens to seniors, all fitness levels, and physical abilities.
