Personal Training Services

One-on-One Training

60 or 30 minute sessions that will be tailored to your individual fitness goals. As your trainer, I will specialize your program to suit your fitness needs in a fun, efficient, and effective way. Each program will help improve the five components of fitness: Cardiovascular Endurance, Muscular Strength, Muscular Endurance, Flexibility, and Body Composition.


Partner Training

The same as one-on-one training except you can have a friend or significant other join your workout. Having a partner can help save on cost and provide a competition level that can enhance your workouts.


Small Group Training (3-10 people)

Small group training is becoming a more popular trend in fitness. With a more economical approach to training, you will experience the motivation and support from the camaraderie of your fellow trainees. Each session will be a fun and exciting workout with a wide variety of workout platforms designed for all fitness levels.
